Update!

Hey Guys!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been super busy with school and homework and stuff! I thought in this post I would update you about the last few months! Basically over the summer break I just relaxed which was nice but now I'm back to school and back to hard work. Tomorrow, I'm having my second round of botox which I'm not looking forward to but I'm sure it will be fine:) I'm trying to keep positive!!!😎

Botox

Today I had Botox in my legs and back. I haven't really found that they have had much effect of my walking and legs in general but the doctor said it would take a few days to kick in. I had three injections   which only took and few minutes, they  sprays the area with cold spray to numb the skin but it was still a bit painful when the needle went in. If you are having Botox in the near future its really nothing to worry about and it's  over within seconds.

Fine motor skills

Got a new laptop today to help with my schoolwork because my Cerebral Palsy effects my hands as well as my legs.

School with Cerebral Palsy

School is okay. Once you learn how to live with the endless stares and the whispers. Also not feeling like you fit in, I moved from a very small first school with 130 pupils but that was okay because everyone was small and nice! So when I moved to a school nearly five times as big the bully's and the stares and the whispers got five times worst. As well as some of the people, I had to move classrooms for every lesson. It was very busy... I got knocked and fell many times but now I'm in year 7 it's beginning to get better. The next BIG change for me is going to senior school and I've only got a year and less than two terms to prepare...

Getting around with Cerebral Palsy

This post is all about getting around (a bit of a clue in the title!) whether you use crutches, a wheelchair etc. I use Crutches and a manual wheelchair for longer walks. Please comment what you use because I'm super interested!

First post

Okay as this is my first post I thought it would be best to tell you about myself! I'm 12 and I have Cerebral Palsy (as you may of guessed by the title!). I'm into ONE DIRECTION like most girls my age ;) I created this blog to chat to other people with CP in similar situations as me! Oh and if you haven't noticed I LOVE using !
